New Gas Processing Plant Expands TabWare CMMS / EAM Implementation for Preventive Maintenance Management
Greenville, SC (PRWEB) September 04, 2014 -- AssetPoint, a leading provider of Computerized Maintenance Management Software / Enterprise Asset Management (CMMS / EAM) solutions, announced M3 Midstream LLC is expanding the implementation of TabWare CMMS / EAM to their new cryogenic gas processing plant near Leesville, OH.
M3 Midstream LLC (also known as “Momentum”), with operations to gather, process and fractionate the liquids-rich natural gas of Eastern Ohio, has announced plans to implement TabWare CMMS / EAM for asset and maintenance management at its new cryogenic gas processing plant being constructed near Leesville, OH. The Leesville facility will be part of a system that includes a cryogenic processing facility in Kensington, OH and a fractionation facility near Scio, OH. The two existing plants are connected by approximately 60 miles of 24-inch natural gas gathering pipeline and 12-inch natural gas liquid (NGL) pipeline, and the system also connects with several interstate transmission and natural gas liquids lines.
The new Leesville facility will be capable of handling up to 400 million cubic feet per day and will be connected to the 24-inch gathering line that leads to the Kensington facility. Momentum is focused on high quality greenfield projects, and for the past 12 months, TabWare CMMS / EAM has been helping the Kensington and Scio plants and the connecting pipeline operate safely, efficiently and effectively through preventive maintenance and asset management. The TabWare implementation expansion will provide the new cryogenic gas processing plant with the same benefits.
Rex Gage, Area Manager for all three Momentum plants, says “We initially selected TabWare over the other solutions we evaluated because of AssetPoint’s proven success in the Oil & Gas industry and TabWare’s ability to meet our preventive maintenance and process safety management needs. Now that we are using it successfully at both of our existing plants along with our pipeline operations, extending the use of TabWare to our new Leesville plant was an easy decision for us. Also, the TabWare Data Import tool allows us to preformat all of the equipment data for a new plant code, so a lot of information for the Leesville plant is already collected and ready to upload into the TabWare database.”
Due to deep domain experience, AssetPoint understands the asset maintenance challenges facing the Oil & Gas industry. Customers in the Upstream, Midstream and Downstream Oil & Gas sectors choose TabWare because of its ability to effectively manage their preventive maintenance program, track movable assets, capture maintenance history and costs and support their Health, Safety, Environmental (HSE) programs. TabWare’s demonstrated ease-of-use for field technicians allows rapid user adoption without disrupting day-to-day operations. The Oil & Gas industry is dependent on the success of their assets, and TabWare’s preventative maintenance capability is the first line of defense against unplanned downtime and equipment failures, resulting in an increase of the number of operating days in the field and average revenue per day.

It has been a pleasure working with Momentum and contributing to their success and growth in the eastern Ohio region, and we look forward to helping them operate at maximum performance and efficiency for many years to come.”
