Synata Announces Synata for Zendesk - The first of their Contextual Intelligence Plugins

Synata, a San Francisco startup, announces Synata for Zendesk - a first-of-its-kind product for elegantly bringing together the collective intelligence of a company in an easy to use interface for Customer Support Agents. This is the first of a series of platform specific embeds Synata plans to release in 2014 on their Contextual Intelligence platform.

Today at Boxworks 2014, Synata CEO Patrick White announced the launch of Synata for Zendesk, the first publicly available product built on the Synata Contextual Intelligence Platform.

At the Boxworks session, “Emerging Cloud Technologies You Need to Know About Now,” where Synata was featured, Mr. White unveiled Synata for Zendesk - a deep integration connecting the collective data and intelligence stored across a company’s information systems. Speaking from Box’s annual conference, which kicks off today at San Francisco’s Moscone Convention Center, “This is a big deal - it’s not just that you can search across all your data without leaving Zendesk, but Synata will actually intelligently recommend, and display, data that’s contextually relevant.”

This release is the first in a series of embedded platform interfaces that Synata is releasing in 2014.

The Zendesk integration is an addition to Synata’s successful Chrome Extension (available currently in the Chrome App Store), and will be available this month in the Zendesk App Store.
