With this new acquisition, Sharper expands their portfolio by another 302 units and solidifies their presence in the Twin Cities’ high-end property management market. The company now handles over 5000 units – from single-family homes to large, mixed-unit HOAs – throughout the metro area, Rochester, and other out-state communities. They’ve developed a collaborative and proven management style that gives all community members a voice in the process but also allows property owners to leave the day-to-day operations to the Sharper team.
Through this new partnership, Sharper will handle all property management tasks including administrative needs, financial management, Board meetings and training, community relations, and more. As with all their clients, Sharper has assigned a CMCA-certified Community Manager who will take the lead in working closely with the Board and in managing experienced Sharper staffers across all disciplines. Well-versed in Bearpath’s unique challenges, this manager is already in place to make for a smooth transition.
