The Dies Ranch self-storage facility is the first self storage project developed by Vision 360 Development. Owner Brian Birdwell, a native of Austin Texas, wanted to build a storage facility that was esthetically pleasing, in these sophisticated and inviting neighborhoods, while providing all ground level drive up units.
The new facility opened August 22, 2014 and will have the official ribbon cutting ceremony on September 23rd, 2014. The Dies Ranch facility is located at 2501 Dies Ranch Road, Cedar Park, Texas near the intersection of Anderson Mill Road and Dies Ranch Road, serving Bella Vista, Twin Creeks, Anderson Mill West, Cedar Park, and surrounding Austin neighborhoods.
The newly constructed facility offers 90,000 square ft. in 500 plus units, all drive-up, and ground level, in a wide variety of unit sizes in non-climate and premium drive up climate control units. The property offers customer friendly features including convenient onsite parking, HD video cameras, abundant lighting, Wi-Fi, a retail center and electronic gate access from 6 am - 10 pm 365 days a year.
The new facility will be professionally managed by Blue Llama Storage and will be joining the Blue Llama Storage managed portfolio of facilities which are located in Spring Branch, Buda, Boerne and Austin, Texas.
