Mr. Fleet has over 20 years of experience leading the development and implementation of large-scale state healthcare program modernization projects including the Affordable Care Act, ICD-9 to ICD-10 conversion, and Medicaid Information Technical Architecture. He was most recently the Director of Medicaid Management Information Systems for the Georgia Department of Community Health, where he oversaw all IT Medicaid system operations.
