The 47th Annual Manhattan Beach Open Tennis Tournament held its final matches at Manhattan Country Club, attracting over 350 spectators on Sunday, July 20th.
A record 250 players participated in the long-standing tournament, raising the prize money to $15,000—the highest prize offered in any tennis tournament in the Los Angeles region. The skill level was equally impressive with participation from ATP level professionals and many top open level players from throughout Southern California.
