West Palm Beach, Fla. (PRWEB) September 04, 2014
Reaffirming its long-term commitment to West Palm Beach, international law firm Greenberg Traurig today announced that it has renewed its office lease for 10 years.
The firm also announced a planned $1.5 million office renovation that will enhance and modernize the 30,254 square-foot space the firm has leased since 1991 at the Phillips Point building at 777 South Flagler Drive, West Palm Beach, Fla., 33401. Including the remaining term on its old lease, the new deal will keep Greenberg Traurig in the same location until Nov. 2027.
Designed by national architecture firm ASD, the firm’s renovation project will include a new lobby, conference room upgrades and other improvements throughout the two-floor space, including redesigned work areas for paralegals, assistants, and other support staff members. The project is slated to break ground in the beginning of 2015.
“We are grateful to West Palm Beach for supporting our success in this community we have called home for the past 30 years, said Mark F. Bideau, the office’s Co-Managing Shareholder. “We are excited to continue to demonstrate our loyalty to our community by investing in office space that will help us realize our vision to transition to the law office of the future.”
Added Co-Managing Shareholder Tracy L. Gerber: “From a strategic standpoint, our office renovation is intended to improve our efficiency, provide collaborative spaces that facilitate teamwork and adapt to the changing business model for the legal profession. It also will support our plans to continue expanding our presence in this market, adding attorneys to meet client needs for the high-quality legal counsel Greenberg Traurig is known for providing.”
