Carolina Farm Credit Introduces New Loan Officer in Statesville
Statesville, N.C. (PRWEB) September 04, 2014 -- Vance C. Dalton, Jr., CEO of Carolina Farm Credit, is pleased to announce that Kathy Bunton recently joined the Carolina Farm Credit team as a loan officer in the Statesville branch.
Bunton is originally from Rowan County, N.C. and holds a bachelor’s degree in agricultural education from N.C. State University and a master’s degree in agricultural education from Clemson University. Prior to Carolina Farm Credit, she worked for the North Carolina Cooperative Extension Service as an area specialized poultry agent in Iredell, Wilkes, and Alexander Counties, and as a livestock and poultry agent in Alexander County. She has also worked as an agricultural education teacher at Alexander Central in Taylorsville.
Bunton currently lives in Hiddenite with her husband Michael where they are members of Berea Baptist Church. They have two daughters: Jenna, a veterinarian who lives in Staunton, V.A. with her husband Clark; and Molly, a junior at Meredith College.
