TWIN CITIES, MN (PRWEB) September 05, 2014 -- Project Walk Paralysis Recovery Center is excited to bring their world-renowned activity-based recovery services to cities of Minneapolis and Saint Paul. As the fourth franchised location to open its doors, Project Walk is located at 5929 Baker Road, Suite 440, Minnetonka, MN 55345 which is part of the Baker Technology Plaza.
“This is an amazing opportunity to bring a set of services to the disability population that hasn’t been present in the mid-west,” says Project Walk Twin Cities Owner, Chuck Wheeler. Wheeler adds, “Since this is my hometown, it provides me the chance to be very hands on in the business and I’m excited about the prospect of changing the way we treat paralysis.”
Project Walk has been in existence since 1999 and is the pioneer in activity-based recovery. Based on The Dardzinski Method®, Project Walk’s mission is to provide an improved quality of life for people affected by mobility related disorders. By opening in Twin Cities, those living in the mid-west will have a world-class recovery center much closer to home.
“We are thrilled to bring the Project Walk brand to Minnesota,” says Tim Yates, Project Walk CEO. “A large part of my family lives near the new Twin Cities location so I have a personal connection with that facility.” Yates adds, “Any opportunity to bring Project Walk closer to home is exciting. My hope is that one day, people won’t have to travel as far to experience a Project Walk recovery program.”
