William Ciudad-Real Joins HNTB as New South Florida Office Leader
Miami (PRWEB) September 05, 2014 -- William Ciudad-Real, PE, has joined HNTB Corporation as South Florida office leader and vice president. He brings more than 25 years of experience directing business planning, corporate operations, project management and business development activities across a full spectrum of infrastructure engineering, construction and operations services. He is based in the firm’s Miami office.
At HNTB, Ciudad-Real will oversee office operations, business development, workforce planning and serve as the main point of contact for local clients. He also will provide leadership in planning, directing and implementing client relations, and oversee successful delivery of major South Florida projects.
Prior to joining HNTB, Ciudad-Real’s South Florida expertise included developing strategic business plans, serving in project manager roles and overseeing infrastructure engineering, construction and operations for other firms.

Ciudad-Real is involved in several local and national industry organizations, including the Transportation & Expressway Authority Membership of Florida; Florida Institute of Consulting Engineers; the Florida Engineering Society; Florida Public Transportation Association; International Bridge, Tunnel and Turnpike Association; and the American Road and Transportation Builders Association. He holds a bachelor’s degree in science civil engineering from the University of Florida and a Master of Business Administration from Florida Atlantic University.
