We are honored to be back in the Beckley community to honor miners and their families.

Following the overwhelming success of last year’s event, Remember The Miners a 501(c)3 announces the Third Annual Tribute Golf Classic, to be held September 23rd at Glade Springs Resort in Beckley, WV.

The event will feature Remember The Miners Honorary Chairman Coach Bob Huggins and other special VIP guests. An official announcement will follow announcing all special guests.

The golf tournament is one of Remember The Miners’ signature events, and benefits the work of Remember The Miners, including the prestigious Remember The Miners Scholars Program. The Scholars Program was created in 2011 to provide scholastic support to miners, dependents of miners, and students pursuing higher education in the mining industry.

“We are honored to be back in the Beckley community to honor miners and their families. This year, we look forward to paying tribute to first responders, mine rescue teams, police, and fire departments. Remember The Miners is very grateful to Little General Stores and others in southern West Virginia for their support of our mission,” stated Jason Parsons, President of Remember The Miners.
