The experience will plant the seed that will change your experience of life forever.

Nataraja Meditation and Yoga Center in San Diego invites the public to join them for a rejuvenation retreat in celebration of forty years serving the community. Join spiritual master Dr. Erhard Vogel for a day of yoga and meditation in a serene country setting.

The retreat takes place October 25, 2014 at the Center’s Ashram in El Cajon, CA from 8:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. Attendance is $100 per person and includes a vegetarian lunch.

“I brought my whole family to my first Nataraja retreat,” says Brian Lewis, Nataraja Student. “The revelation my wife, children and I experienced in gaining the understanding that there is a simple practice called meditation that is available to you at a moment’s notice is invaluable. The experience will plant the seed that will change your experience of life forever.”

This retreat celebrates a lifetime dedicated to teaching peace, true meditation and transformative yoga. Nataraja Meditation and Yoga Center is the brainchild of Dr. Erhard Vogel. Growing up in war-torn Germany, Vogel took it upon himself to find a way to teach peace in the world. He studied architecture in New York before moving to India and studying with world-renowned yoga and meditation masters. He returned to the United States to share his newfound knowledge with students hungry to find their true selves. Forty years later, Vogel continues to learn and share his teachings through The Nataraja Meditation and Yoga Center, his book “Journey Into Your Center” and his Expert in Life program.
