Block Party at St. Andrew’s Features Family Entertainment and Food with Live Music

Friday, Sept. 19, St. Andrew’s Lutheran Church will host the annual Block Party.

St. Andrew’s Lutheran Church is inviting everyone to attend the annual Block Party at the church in Mahtomedi, MN. The event will be held from 4-7 p.m. on Friday, Sept. 19 and features free family entertainment, food and live music.

Last year, this event drew over 1,200 people of all ages from across the Twin Cities. St. Andrew’s Lutheran Church is looking to top this and have even more people at this year’s Block Party.

The outdoor event features renowned Minneapolis recording group Sara Renner and the Elements. Other family entertainment includes a petting zoo, horse-drawn hay wagon rides, jumpity jumps, human hamster balls, arts and crafts, face painting, cake walk, games, massage booth and more. All entertainment, food and music are free of charge and all are welcome. Rain or shine, the party will still be held.
