Carpe Diem Strategic Services Partners with Executive IP to Produce video-based, Data Privacy Training Courses
Columbia, Maryland (PRWEB) September 09, 2014 -- CDSS and Executive IP signed an agreement today to develop a corporate training program to educate personnel on behavioral changes to reduce the risk of data breaches. This cyber-security and data privacy program will be released to the marketplace in October, 2014.
“Organizations have a tendency to rely solely upon firewalls and other network security solutions when developing cybersecurity strategies. But, the biggest privacy risks often come from the actions and inactions of employees. Even with the most sophisticated technical walls and perfect behavior, there will be breaches and when they occur, corporate leadership must understand how to manage them. Training is integral to that process," stated Chris Stevens, President and CEO of CDSS.
He continued, “At a time when data breaches occur almost every week, we are extremely excited to partner with Executive IP to deliver a program designed to educate the workforce on the importance of properly handling their critical data, and how to respond in the event of data breaches."
"In this day, dominated by Netflix, Instagram, Facebook, and Twitter, to capture the attention of employees, Corporate training must be short, engaging, and entertaining. We live to create that very thing; training programs people will actually pay attention to," said Thomas Colson, CEO of Executive IP.
