Medical Recovery Services Offers Free Hospital Bill Analysis to Employer Healthcare & Benefits Congress Attendees
Roanoke, VA (PRWEB) September 09, 2014 -- Medical Recovery Services will be offering their hospital bill analysis services to self-insured entities for a limited time leading up to their attendance at the Employer Healthcare & Benefits Congress in Washington, D.C. September 20 – 24, 2014. MRS is inviting businesses to submit a redacted employee hospital bill before the conference begins. MRS will review the bill for overcharges to show what the actual charges on the bill should have been. The results will be available to participating companies at the Medical Recovery Services booth during the conference.
Pat Palmer, founder and CEO of Medical Recovery Services, states, “Every self-insured business should take advantage of our free hospital bill review to be proactive in saving money for the company and for the employee. Our review process is unique in that we assess hospital bills for potentially abusive or fraudulent charges, evaluate the accuracy of provider billings, highlight over-payments and over-charges, and determine compliance issues with contract terms and plan provisions.”
Companies who will be in attendance at the 2014 Employer Healthcare & Benefits Congress can send a redacted hospital bill to Mrs. Palmer’s assistant, Tina Pashley, at tinap(at)mrsllc(dot)org. Companies are urged to please eliminate any personal employee information from the bill to be in compliance with HIPAA privacy laws. Redacted bills must be received by Monday, September 15, 2014 at 4 p.m. Eastern Daylight Time. MRS will evaluate all submitted bills for errors, over-charges and over-payments and will present company representatives with their findings during exhibition hours at the Employer Healthcare & Benefits Congress September 21 through September 23, 2014.

In their 20 years of business, they have saved Americans millions of dollars in erroneous medical charges. Helping businesses thrive is one of Pat Palmer’s passions, as it helps to strengthen the backbone of America – entrepreneurship.
I have utilized the outstanding services from Medical Recovery Services. Upon my research, I found M.R.S. and began negotiations with their professional team. Forty-eight hours later, I had a contract signed with M.R.S. and my A/R transferred to M.R.S. M.R.S. scrubbed the A/R charts, and even found additional revenue that was collectable! Almost immediately, I started to receive payments on the outstanding A/R. It was very clear and evident that M.R.S. knew exactly the complexity of my rehabilitation equipment claims and were able to negotiate my supposedly dead claims as well. I highly recommend M.R.S. to any company requiring complex billing solutions. – Dwight Atkinson, CEO, Active Mobility
