With nearly 20 years of practice in family law, Anita C. Savage has a proven track record of representing clients in both collaborative and traditional divorce cases, and is a professionally trained mediator and Parenting Facilitator, assisting families and the Court as a neutral professional. Savage’s primary focus is to help clients reach the best agreement possible outside of court, so their money can be used for their family and children post-divorce – not on unnecessary litigation. Savage earned her Bachelor of Arts in criminal justice from the University of Toronto and her Juris Doctorate from Georgia State University Law School, where she was a member of the National Dean’s List.

Donald is a parent and stepparent, allowing her to understand additional facets and nuances of family law. She devotes empathy, patience, and logic to even the most emotional cases, emphasizing productive communication to find realistic possibilities and work toward positive outcomes. While comfortable in the courtroom, she has learned that the best resolution often comes from an expertly negotiated settlement.

Donald graduated with honors from the University of Texas at Austin, where she earned her Bachelor of Arts degree in English. She received her Juris Doctorate from the University of Texas School of Law, where she was associate editor of the Texas Law Review.
