Assess Systems Senior Account Executive Lori Bierman will discuss the importance and value of cultural fit in recruiting during a presentation at the Meeting of the Minds Recruiting and Talent Acquisition Conference, to be held September 16 and 17 in Dallas.

During her presentation, Bierman will detail how to bring culture to life in the recruiting process, and how to identify and hire candidates for culture fit.
