John Burke from Vectren is Inducted into MEA’s Hall of Fame
Eagan. MN (PRWEB) September 11, 2014 -- MEA is proud to announce that John Burke, quality assurance specialist, Vectren was inducted into MEA’s Hall of Fame at the Gas Operations Technical & Leadership Summit. Members inducted into MEA's Hall of Fame are those that exemplify the spirit of great leaders. These outstanding individuals have contributed their time and expertise to the energy industry through service to MEA by serving on committees and volunteering at our meetings and events.
“John has been a steady contributor with us,” said Janelle Murphy, director of gas operations for MEA. “He has been a reliable committee member and his leadership on the group will be missed.”
John has contributed to the energy industry through MEA in many ways over the years, including:
• Chair and 8 years of service on the Gas Distribution Committee
• Participated in more than 25 MEA learning events
• Presented or moderated many learning sessions
