Mainsail Partners Strengthens Investment and Operations Teams

The promotions support Mainsail’s strategy of providing strategic and operational support to accelerate the growth of its portfolio companies.
In addition to strengthening its team through internal promotions, Mainsail has also brought new talent to its investment team. Nicole Naidoo has joined Mainsail’s team of associates responsible for sourcing new investment opportunities. Naidoo was most recently a Senior Investment Banking Analyst at Raymond James & Associates.

Taylor McKinley joined Mainsail Partners as Vice President of Technology and Operations in 2012 and has worked with Mainsail’s portfolio companies to drive improvements in product development, technology implementations and operations. Additionally, he has played a critical role in expanding Mainsail’s talent recruiting platform. Prior to joining Mainsail, McKinley managed software products at Fortify Software, which was later acquired by Hewlett Packard (HP). During his six years at Fortify and HP, he ran the Software as a Service (SaaS) product line, the mobile technology product line, and pricing strategy and implementation for all products.
In 2013, Ryan Kruizenga joined Mainsail as Senior Associate and has helped lead Mainsail’s efforts in sourcing, executing, and managing new investments. Prior to joining Mainsail, he founded TeamZoom, a startup that developed a low-cost platform to stream amateur sports content. Kruizenga was previously a Senior Associate at Summit Partners, a global investment firm, and worked at Piper Jaffray, an investment banking group, focused on M&A and growth financing for high growth technology and business services companies.
