Each week the show features a different cottage country area, including popular Ontario vacation destinations like Muskoka, Haliburton and the Kawartha Lakes. The show gives viewers a great overview of what each area has to offer and a good idea of how much cottage their money will buy there.

“I am incredibly excited to be able to make this show my own and showcase amazing cottages in all price ranges,” exclaims What’s For Sale? host Rob Serediuk. “I have been working with some buyers for over two years, and now that they are in the end stage of purchasing a cottage, I know it will make for great TV. In addition to the show’s tremendous entertainment value, the series is also very informative. Even though Season 2 of What’s For Sale? visits other areas popular with recreational real estate buyers in Ontario, like Huntsville, Muskoka and the Kawartha Lakes, Serediuk says, “I feel that Haliburton is the place to be! It is my stronghold and it is the area that I have owned cottages in for over 15 years. It was identified in Cottage Life Magazine as one of the up and coming areas to cottage.” While Serediuk buys and sells real estate all over the Ontario cottage country region, he wants to stay focused on his hometown of Haliburton. “Haliburton has so much to offer, as a fabulous place to own a cottage and as a great place to live.
