First Ever Spanish Medical Marijuana Business Training Seminar Offered to Hispanic Cannabis Entrepreneurs in Florida This Saturday With New CCI partner, CCI Español
Miami, FL (PRWEB) September 10, 2014 -- The medical marijuana industry is coming to Florida. With Florida's ever growing Spanish speaking population reaching and surpassing 23% of total Florida residents in 2013, the need for cannabis education, specifically taught in Spanish, is needed to ensure the Hispanic and Latino population have the same opportunity to be successful in the cannabis industry as every other culture.
Cannabis Career Institute joined forces with CCI Español, of Miami, to provide an intensive workshop seminar on marijuana business training and the very first class being presented by CCI Español will be held in Miami, Florida, on Saturday, September 13th.
The class will be taught entirely in the Spanish language.
Students taking the CCI Español class will learn how to operate within the cannabis industry in states where medical marijuana has been legislated, the current rules and regulations of the cannabis industry across the United States and the local Florida legislation that is in effect.
Florida polls done by StPetePolls.org show over 70% of Hispanics, residing in Florida, support medical marijuana. With a potential influx of jobs to the new market, new business opportunities and a variety of money making opportunities, the local population needs the same education in the marijuana industry that is afforded to others.
CCI Español breaks down the language barrier and teaches the same quality education on cannabis business within this new market as the English market Cannabis Career Institute. Students can expect to learn how to open up a medical marijuana dispensary, start a medical marijuana grow operation, begin an edibles operation and much more. Ivette Petkovich, previously a prosecuting attorney for the State of Florida, has joined forces with the cannabis industry to help students learn the most appropriate and professional way to begin building a marijuana business infrastructure.
The Miami class will be held at the Sheraton Miami, on Saturday the 13th of September. Class begins at 9 a.m. and goes until 7 p.m. with an hour for lunch. Students will hear from a variety of marijuana business professionals and Attorney Petkovich will be speaking on Florida laws, including regulations currently in effect and outlining potential future legislation.
Cannabis Career Institute has been the national leaders on business training for the cannabis industry. Since 2009 CCI has been providing students across the United States valuable information on getting into the cannabis industry in the most professional manner. Class instruction includes compliance issues, potential negative issues in the overall business model, potential jobs within the new market and much more.
Planning a marijuana industry business takes more than just having marijuana product itself, in fact, it requires more than just opening up a regular business within any industry. A wide range of knowledge is needed to create an infrastructure, obtain products legally, to sell those same products legally and understand what is needed to ensure patient safety.
Cannabis Career Institute - and now partner group CCI Español - provides students the knowledge they need to get started in the newest and most important industry to emerge out of this century. Each class has an amazing networking opportunity for students to connect with other interested people, from vendors to investors, while giving students the framework with which to start their path into the medical marijuana industry. Focusing on job descriptions and details provides students the ability to understand that each business operation is much more than just a simple set up. NORML often provides detailed information and at every class there are often opportunities for returning or successful students to share their own stories with new students.
Cannabis Career Institute has become the Nation's leaders in providing information about the marijuana industry to students. Each class focuses on specific topics, specific guidelines and various experts speak at each location, giving new and returning students excellent knowledge with which to create their own plans and business structure. Every class spends time on focusing on specific sections of the industry to help entrepreneurs learn what it will take to get into a business within the cannabis industry. Each class is uniquely taught by various instructors, with various experience and expertise to teach the full spectrum of this newly emerging market. Whether students are getting involved to earn wealth or simply help those in need of medical cannabis, attendees can expect to learn something new - while having the ability to network and communicate with others inside the industry.

With The House of Representatives passing an amendment recently, effectively restricting the DEA from doing raids on medical marijuana business operations, in states where medical marijuana has been made legal, (Steve Benen, Rachel Maddow Show, House votes to restrict DEA marijuana raids, June 30, 2014, MSNBC) an increased amount of interest in opening up a cannabis industry business has prompted CCI to bring more classes to more states across the nation.
Students are advised to bring plenty of excitement, energy and something to help them take notes with - classes are very extensive in knowledge. Media packages are available, reporters are welcome to attend the class on a special basis.
