Danielle Potschantek, of Hawthorne, NJ, comes to RES from MomCorps, a recruiting firm specializing in placing senior-level professionals seeking greater work-life satisfaction. Earlier in her career, Ms. Potschantek served as Vice President of Recruitment with Citigroup/Lava Trading and as Human Resources Manager at Evolution and Mercer Data Consulting. Jane Randazzo of Wyckoff, NJ, was previously in client service and development with Corbin Capital Partners, a pioneering firm in the hedge fund business. Prior to that she served as Vice President at BNY Mellon and as Assistant Vice President at Credit Suisse. She was a recipient of the Rising Star Award from the Women’s Bond Club and has wide-ranging experience throughout the financial services and investment management industries. She has a BA in Business Management from Franklin & Marshall College and an MBA from New York University’s Stern School of Business.
