B. F. Saul Company’s Courtyard by Marriott® Tysons Corner Completes A Major Guest Suite Renovation
McLean, Virginia (PRWEB) September 30, 2014 -- The 229-room Courtyard by Marriott® Tysons Corner hotel, located in McLean, Virginia, has completed a major renovation of its 16 guest suites. Thoughtfully planned and carefully executed, each suite features new plush bedding; a large, functional work space; modern artwork and light fixtures; a separate soft seating area with twin pull-out bed; 42” flat panel HD TVs; and complimentary high-speed internet access. Each suite is designed to make the guest feel at home by providing accommodations that enable the guest to remain connected, productive and comfortable during their stay.
"The Courtyard as a brand has always been ahead of the curve when it comes to providing modern amenities to meet customer demands,” said Heather Hull, General Manager of the Courtyard Tysons Corner. “Guests are looking for a hotel that provides amenities that accommodate all of their everyday needs, and we believe our newly revamped guest suites provide them with that opportunity.”
This latest renovation of the Courtyard by Marriott® Tysons Corner guest suites to these modernized specifications marks another example of the B. F. Saul Company Hospitality Group’s commitment to creating an outstanding guest experience.
The revamping of the guest suites is the third major modification to take place at this property in the last 12 months. The first renovation that came earlier this year was the over $300,000 expansion of the fitness center. This massive renovation made the fitness center at the Courtyard by Marriott Tysons Corner the largest fitness center of any hotel in the Tysons Corner region. Now health conscious guests will have the ability to stay in shape at a world class work out facility without having to travel outside of their hotel. The other major renovation was to upgrade the other 213 guest rooms with the new Courtyard brand design. All of these newly upgraded features coupled with the proximity to the Silver Line Metrorail, make the Courtyard by Marriott Tysons Corner hotel one of the ideal destinations when traveling to the Washington D.C. area.
“Tysons Corner is a very up and coming area and home to some of the world’s top corporations, many of which utilize our hotel for their business travel needs,” says Mark Carrier, president of B. F. Saul Company Hospitality Group. “Given the many hotel options in the area, continuing to re-invest in our property is vital to our success and one of the main reasons we are one of the top hotel choices among business travelers in Tysons Corner. We are very excited to show off our new suites and believe our guests will love all of the upgrades!”
