New feature will help to enlighten website visitors to learn more about the center.

Yoga Darshana Center, Long Island’s premier yoga center and training facility based in Babylon, is excited about the addition to their website of a new virtual tour. This new feature will help to enlighten visitors to the website about the Yoga Darshana Center facility which will likely increase enrollment in future classes

Establishing the Yoga Darshana Center in 2001, president and instructor Matt Pecorella envisioned a process by which the center would build its student base while simultaneously providing training for future yoga instructors to learn their craft. Each phase of the rollout of this vision was mapped out with a major nod toward the online presence, what it should be and what it would become as the center evolved. With each phase the emphasis was on enlightening the prospective students about all that was offered by the center, creating a website user experience that would be engaging and inviting.

“Just like any other proposition, an educated consumer is your best customer as the old commercial goes,” said Pecorella. “But if the education your customer receives comes directly from you and whatever resources you make available then they will be more comfortable with what you have to offer and more open to trying your product or service.”

With Benjamin Marc, the premier Long Island-based web design firm that helped develop their main website and new teaching center website, Pecorella and his team mapped out what the virtual tour would look like and the impression it should provide. The resulting video, located on the center’s YouTube page and accessible through the website home page, provides prospective students with a complete sense of the vision and commitment that the center provides.

Yoga Darshana Center is located on Great East Neck Road, just south of the Long Island Rail Road overpass in West Babylon, NY. Their website featuring the new virtual tour can be visited at or they can be reached by phone at 631-987-8541 or on social media.
