On September 24th, 2014, Demand Metric will host its third virtual event of the year, “Customer Engagement Virtual Summit: Research, Experts, Tools and Solutions.” This Summit is a forum that gathers industry experts, analysts, users and vendors to discuss strategy, solutions and customer engagement best practices. The Summit features two keynote addresses and the opportunity to interact with industry experts and Demand Metric analysts. Those who attend will receive more than 10 premium Demand Metric Customer Engagement (CE) resources, and attendees that visit the communications lounge will be entered in a random drawing for a free iPad Air. There is no fee for attendees to participate in the Summit or receive the resources.

The Virtual Summit agenda includes a series of presentations and customer success panel discussions that will equip attendees with best practices for strategies, processes, vendor selection and implementation.
