Demand Metric Opens Customer Engagement Virtual Summit on September 24, 2014
London, Ontario (PRWEB) September 15, 2014 -- On September 24th, 2014, Demand Metric will host its third virtual event of the year, “Customer Engagement Virtual Summit: Research, Experts, Tools and Solutions.” This Summit is a forum that gathers industry experts, analysts, users and vendors to discuss strategy, solutions and customer engagement best practices. The Summit features two keynote addresses and the opportunity to interact with industry experts and Demand Metric analysts. Those who attend will receive more than 10 premium Demand Metric Customer Engagement (CE) resources, and attendees that visit the communications lounge will be entered in a random drawing for a free iPad Air. There is no fee for attendees to participate in the Summit or receive the resources.
The Virtual Summit agenda includes a series of presentations and customer success panel discussions that will equip attendees with best practices for strategies, processes, vendor selection and implementation. More than 75 vendors covering Advocacy and Loyalty, Voice of the Customer, Personalization, Gamification and Online Communities were reviewed and analyzed. This analysis is provided to attendees at no cost.
At 9:00 AM Eastern Daylight Time (EDT), Demand Metric Vice President of Research Clare Price will share welcoming remarks with attendees and introduce keynote speakers before revealing Demand Metric Best Practices for developing enterprise-wide CE initiatives based on a Customer Engagement Map, CE Framework and CE maturity models.
After the keynote presentations, attendees can visit the Summit Communications Lounge and participate in a group chat with these industry thought leaders.
The Summit features a Technology Expo that opens at 10:45 AM EDT on Wednesday, September 24th, 2014 that lets attendees visit the online vendor booths.
“The Customer Engagement Virtual Summit is an important industry event for several reasons,” says Jerry Rackley, chief analyst for Demand Metric. “CE is easy to understand, but not easy to do. The CE Summit will accelerate the learning curve for attendees, equipping them with practical, actionable insights they can immediately use to not just talk about CE, but become more customer-centric. The summit is also a launching pad for some groundbreaking new content, including: one consulting methodology, a Best Practices Report with a maturity model and framework, three vendor landscapes, two Vendor Profiles and Case Studies, and 3 Analyst eWorkshops. Attendees will have access to this rich, new set of resources at no cost, thanks to the generosity of our sponsors.”
Participation in the Customer Virtual Summit is free for attendees. Those wishing to attend simply need to visit the Virtual Summit registration page.
