Ruth Doyle, Vice President, Consulting, will lend her expertise on two panels “Four Fundamentals of Financial Reporting for Equity Compensation” and “Irreconcilable Differences: How Shares Are Counted from Balance Sheet to Plan Reserve and Everything in Between”. She has worked in the equity compensation industry for over 15 years, holding a variety of key product management, development, leadership and client relationship management roles across industry leading software vendor and large wealth management / brokerage firms. In her current role, Ruth supports clients with HR and Payroll system integration, specialized reporting, implementation and data conversion, and financial reporting implementation and reconciliation. She is an expert in many aspects of Accounting for Share Based Compensation and is a frequent presenter at industry conferences and chapter meetings.
