Mind Body Expert Launches Pelvic Pain Relief Program
Ithaca, New York (PRWEB) September 23, 2014 -- Eight-week program, “Healing Female Pain” reaches out to women with vulvodynia, interstitial cystitis, pudendal neuralgia, and other chronic pelvic or sexual pain, teaching intuitive Mind Body Healing techniques that lead to lasting relief.
According to the Gallup poll, 1 in 7 women between the ages of 18 and 50 suffer from chronic pelvic pain. Many of those women suffer in silence, finding it difficult to discuss their condition with their healthcare providers. The type of pain varies from woman to woman and can make it hard to sleep, work, or enjoy life at all.
In her eight-week program “Healing Female Pain”, Lorraine Faehndrich, a Women’s Mind Body Mentor and Pelvic Pain Relief Coach, reaches out to women who are ready to explore a more intuitive approach to pain relief.
“It’s a very effective approach that helps women reconnect to their body and focus their mind in healthy ways,” says Faehndrich. “A Mind Body approach is particularly important with pelvic pain because the pain affects every area of a woman’s life including her relationships. I teach women how to understand and feel their emotions, relieving stress and tension in their body, using proven mind body healing techniques. Put into practice, these techniques often lead to lasting relief from the physical and emotional pain.”
Participants can access the eight-week program which begins Tuesday, October 7 online, or by phone. There are eight 90-minute weekly content calls, taught in a supportive group coaching format; three bonus Q&A calls; a private “members only” support group and a resource page with tools and tips to practice at home between classes. Participants also receive call recordings, which can be used as an ongoing resource. For more information, or to register, visit http://www.HealingFemalePain.com.
