Nexternal adds two new powerful B2B tools to further enhance its eCommerce Platform

New capabilities include “Quote Generation” – allowing merchants to accept formal requests for quotes from customers through their online store, as well as “Auto-Reordering” – giving customers the ability to subscribe to designated products for which orders are automatically generated on a recurring basis.
In addition to placing orders, B2B customers can now easily generate quotes through the online store which they can activate themselves via an online portal. If your customers need to request a quote before obtaining order approval or if you have sales reps that negotiate deals with wholesale buyers, this new quote generation functionality will automate the process.
