Hawkins Parnell Thackston & Young LLP Moves New York City Office to Midtown Manhattan
(PRWEB) September 15, 2014 -- Hawkins Parnell Thackston & Young LLP (HPTY) announced that the New York office has relocated to 600 Lexington Avenue at 52nd Street. HPTY will occupy 12,500 square feet on the entire eighth floor in this premier office building, a block away from the Seagram's Building on Park Avenue and the Citicorp Building on Lexington.
According to John Canoni, partner-in-charge of the New York office: "The midtown location enables us to better serve our clients, and is convenient to mass transit for commuting as well as access to the courts. The move is confirmation of our commitment to growing our presence in the region. We had outgrown our space downtown and now have the ability to accommodate 25 lawyers, growth that will help expand our practice areas and add further depth in our existing practices."
"This move is an important step toward the strategic long term growth of the firm. The added space will permit us to continue attracting top legal talent in New York," added Ron Polly, managing partner of HPTY.
The lawyers in HPTY's New York office defend clients in federal and state litigation with an expertise in complex commercial litigation, product liability, mass/toxic torts, environmental litigation, and in employment matters. In addition to serving as national coordinating and trial counsel, the team has a heavy presence in New York, New Jersey, Pennsylvania, and New England.
