Natural skin care provider Hylunia redesigned their website, which will now provide better product information to spa owners, resort owners and other professional customers.

Hylunia, which provides natural skin care products to over 450 spas and resorts, went live with an exciting new web update on Friday which aims to give professionals a better experience on their site.

The new website,, serves skin care professionals and Hylunia's partners, while remains available for the general shopping public.

"We updated the site to better serve the needs of our partners and resellers," said Vice President of Marketing, Amanda Wolfe-Elampooranar, explaining that the previous website lacked product education and information these professional customers needed. "What's new is that we have more video protocols, and an education library that will inform our sellers. We're going to be updating these as they go along. We're going to feature a library that our customers can access." The site also recommends products that work well with others, allowing professionals to explore products they might not otherwise know about.

"We always get calls for manuals or price lists, and this resource center gives them a place to access everything they may need," said Wolfe-Elampooranar. "We can offer other promotions and other cross selling features that our old wholesale website did not necessary feature." She added that one of the main goals of the website was to increase transparency about product ingredients and composition.

"Our customers love the new website," Wolfe-Elampooranar said. "It's user friendly and much more organized. They love that they can see all of the product information very clearly and are very excited about the webinars to come." She added that many customers who were used to calling for information over the phone are looking forward to accessing the same information anytime from their computers.

The new website took a long time to get up and running, according to Wolfe-Elampooranar, and the entire staff of Hylunia contributed. "I'm very excited," said Wolfe-Elampooranar. "I think this is going to help grow Hylunia as well as our customers' businesses."
