Selected from a pool of over 220 applications, finalists are recognized by the SuperNova Award Judges as individuals who successfully and innovatively overcome the challenges of introducing new technologies to their organizations.

SuperNova Award Finalists

The SuperNova Award judges evaluated all applications against a rigorous set of criteria to identify applicants worthy of advancement to the finalist round. Judges, comprised of influential thought leaders and journalists, were individually selected for their futurist mindset and keen ability to separate substance from hype.

Steve Hilker of Dell and Ian White of Rackspace are finalists in the category “Next Generation Customer Experience.” According to Constellation Research, Next Generation Customer Experience analyzes how organizations are making the shift from systems of engagement to systems of experience and mass personalization at scale.
