Building a workforce to transform pharmaceutical sales education into an area of awareness is important not only to pharmaceutical companies and it sales force but also to physicians and their patients. This requires identifying and deploying the best leadership and management talent for the nation's nearly 87,000 currently employed pharmaceutical sales reps and to the thousands looking to enter this growing industry. The NAPSRx through its highly recognized CNPR Pharmaceutical Sales Training program has been doing that transformation for the last 15 years. However, it is revising the program and is also looking to other education organizations-top people who can analyze complex data, build strong and effective systems to support learning and drive innovation.
On September 19, nearly 75 education leaders, executives and CEOs will come together for a leadership summit to focus on new topics for high-impact, pharmaceutical sales strategies to advance results for all CNPR students and increase the value of the CNPR educational program.
Several pharmaceutical industry education leaders will also speak at the event, including Karen Karikomi, co-founder and CEO of PharmaRepForce, and Brad Sullivan, Education Director for the CNPR Educational program.
