Tollgrade Communications, Inc., the industry leader in redefining the global standard for reliability at the world’s largest electric utilities and telecommunications providers, announced today that it was presented with Gold and Silver Stevie Awards in the “New Products Awards” category at the 12th Annual American Business Awards in San Francisco.
