This month’s issue features a profile of the Greater New York Automobile Dealers Association’s newly elected chairman, Robert Vail of Vail Automotive in Bedford Hills, N.Y. Vail discusses his association’s plans to further the causes of the state’s franchised new car dealers.

There are also stories from some of the retail automotive industry’s top names including Jenn Reid of Automobile Services of Equifax, who explains why it’s important to take a “360 view” of the customer in order to match the right car and finance source to the customer, and improve the speed of the delivery process.
