Health and Wellness Startup Voom Announces Sponsorship at Techmanity
Kingston, NY (PRWEB) September 17, 2014 -- On October 1-2, Voom will be adding their personal style of wellness to the lineup at Techmanity, a celebration of the intersection of life and technology. Billed as “the next generation of tech events,” Techmanity will host the best and brightest across the tech space. Voom is excited to join the ranks of Cisco, PayPal, Samsung, Silicon Valley Bank, and Adobe in sponsoring this first ever Silicon Valley Technology Conference.
Voom was created to address the health concerns shaped by the new technological revolution. The company teaches, promotes, and provides the proper and healthy way to engage with technology without suffering from the negative effects of being tied to a device. Adding Voom to one’s daily routine helps to avoid the consequences of a sedentary tech-driven life, including neck and back injuries, diabetes, obesity, heart disease, and cancer.
“When we heard about Techmanity, we knew we needed to be a part of an event that is highlighting how technology can improve the human condition,” stated Voom COO Emily Soltanoff. Event Founder Tom Hayes says of the event, “Techmanity will feature a riveting mix of the Valley’s movers and shakers – people who are cultivating new business models and disrupting the status quo – alongside passionate social entrepreneurs leveraging new innovations to improve the lives of those who might otherwise be left behind by technological progress.”
Techmanity and Voom have worked closely together to create a unique sponsorship package that will allow attendees to experience first-hand the benefits of Voom. The company looks forward to introducing the speaker hall to the many advantages of active work next week.
Techmanity will take place October 1-2 in San Jose, California, the heart of Silicon Valley. Headline speakers include Houzz co-founder and CEO Adi Tatarko, Samsung Electronics president Young Sohn, and a keynote by actor/musician turned tech entrepreneur Jared Leto. After parties and networking events presented by Live Nation include performances by Weezer, Thievery Corporation, Kongos, Crown and the Mob, and Young Rising Sons.
