“As we continue to grow our presence in our core markets and look to expand in the near future, it was time to launch an interactive website that allows users to engage with us, and better learn how Eyewitness's services drive value."

Eyewitness Surveillance (Eyewitness), an industry leader in remote interactive video monitoring, announced today the launch of its new website, designed to create an inviting environment in which customers and prospects can fully engage with Eyewitness to learn more about the company’s full range of services that can stop theft and drive operations.

Providing security and operational solutions to mid-size and large car dealerships, metal recycling yards and a variety of other fixed industrial sites in the Washington, DC, Maryland, Virginia, New Jersey, Pennsylvania and Chicago regions, Eyewitness offers a world-class remote interactive video surveillance system utilizing high-definition digital cameras, sophisticated analytics, perimeter intrusion technology and interactive audio technology. The Eyewitness system enables businesses to deter theft, intrusion, inventory damage and false claims, keeping assets safe and secure without the need for costly onsite guard services.

“As we continue to grow our presence in our core markets and look to expand in the near future to Indianapolis, Cincinnati, Atlanta and cities in Texas, it was time to launch an interactive website that enables viewers to engage more easily with us, and better learn how Eyewitness’s services drive value,” said Eyewitness CEO, Rush McCloy.

Features of the newly-launched site include:

  •     Videos that capture Eyewitness’s core capabilities including video surveillance, customer sales lead augmentation and analytics-based operational enhancements.
  •     Value-added resources that include an all-encompassing online demo, covering the entire interactive video surveillance process from threat assessment to threat resolution. The demo also highlights additional system features and functionalities including smartphone enabling, customer reporting and world-class analytics that support client operations.
  •     Blotter page that displays arrests or averted incidents resulting from Eyewitness’s continuous monitoring from its newly-constructed, state-of-the-art Monitoring Command Center in Hanover, MD. When targeted behavior is detected and an alarm is triggered, remote surveillance officers analyze the video and respond based on rigid standard operating procedures that ensure tailored responses at each site. According to McCloy, the new site “will be a living, breathing environment to keep prospective and existing customers up to date on activity we see through our blotter page, and have a place to reach out for information.”
  •     Enhanced social media connectivity with Facebook, Twitter, and LinkedIn.

“In designing our new site, our number one goal was to make sure we provide a place where prospective and existing customers can easily navigate through our value propositions and self-educate through video demonstrations,” explained McCloy.
