David J. Dykeman Appointed to Section Council of the American Bar Association

David J. Dykeman, co-chair of Greenberg Traurig’s Global Life Sciences & Medical Technology Group and co-chair of the firm’s Intellectual Property Group in Boston, was appointed as a Section Council Member of the American Bar Association (ABA) Science & Technology Law Section. His three-year term began on August 1, 2014.

In 2012, Dykeman was named the founding co-chair of the newly formed Medical Device Committee of the ABA’s Section of Science & Technology Law Section, and continues to serve in this role today. An author of over 45 articles and a speaker at over 40 conferences on medical devices and life sciences intellectual property, Dykeman was honored as one of “40 Medtech Innovators Under 40” by MD+DI Magazine, and was named one of the top 250 Patent and Technology Licensing Practitioners in the world by Intellectual Asset Management (IAM) Magazine.
