Fadó Irish Pub Revamps Irish Pub Concept as Buckhead Atlanta Development Launches Official Opening
Atlanta, Georgia (PRWEB) September 26, 2014 -- The history of Fadó Irish Pub and the small group of Irish and Irish-American entrepreneurs who brought the concept, the first of its kind, to the States in 1996 is a storied one. With the launch of the much-anticipated Buckhead Atlanta development though, the mind-set today is very much focused on the present. And, as the development prepares for new restaurants, businesses and residents to move in over the coming months, Fadó Irish Pub continues to pack its schedule with special events, great beer and fantastic new seasonal food menus.

SEASONAL FOOD MENU:
This week, Fadó is set to launch its newest seasonal food menu, featuring made-from-scratch dishes that prove Irish food is anything but boring. The Panzanella is a Tuscan salad typically served in the summer but Fadó mixes it up with seasonal ingredients; warm roasted acorn squash, Brussels sprouts, soda bread croutons (Fairy-free of course), fresh feta cheese, marinated tomatoes and pickled onions tossed in a maple vinaigrette. The Opened Meatloaf Sandwich with tomato relish, cheddar, arugula and a fried egg on toasted sourdough bread has proven to be a favorite amongst staff during tastings. Lighter fare options, such as our Chicken Lettuce Wraps, are perfect for a quick lunch, and our Chicken Pot Pie is sure to satisfy the heartier appetites at dinner this Autumn. Starters include Sun-dried Tomato Hummus and the Honey Chipotle Shrimp Tacos, perfect for sharing at Happy Hour. And, patrons looking to indulge in “afters”, can select the Pumpkin Spiced Cheesecake.
BEVERAGE MENU:
Fadó also offers a premium selection of European beers, like Guinness Irish Stout and Duvel from Belgium, as well as local craft beers, such as Atlanta’s own Sweetwater Brewery. And, select beers on tap this Fall include Sweetwater Blue and Sweetwater Waterkeeper. Other seasonal craft draught beers include Terrapin Pumpkin and Sam Adams Oktoberfest. Fresh, simple cocktails are a staple and two popular drinks right now include Trinidad Sour with Bulleit rye, Oregat, fresh lemon, and Angastora bitters and the Moscow Mule, with Russian Standard Vodka, Crabbies Alcoholic Ginger Beer, fresh lime juice and served in a copper mug.
Fadó opens at 11 a.m. weekdays and early on weekends for European sports with a full brunch service. Details on hours of operation can be found on the Pub's website.
About Fadó Irish Pub
