Citrus County, FL has become the latest County to go live with the Landmark Official Records System from Pioneer Technology Group. The system brings the latest technology to official records, delivering improved efficiency and public services to County clerks, recorders, and registers of deeds offices throughout the U.S.
“We’re thrilled to have our new official records system in production," said Keith Heisner, Chief Deputy of Information Services at Citrus County. "Landmark provides a streamlined and efficient workflow enabling us to reduce costs and provide a faster turnaround time for our citizens. The team at Pioneer worked well with our project team making the migration process very smooth. We were able to implement Landmark in less than three months.”
The Landmark Official Records system simplifies the land records process with advanced, easy to use interfaces. The system greatly improves efficiency with flexible workflow configurations, allowing recording staff to easily multitask. Some features found in Landmark include integrated redaction and OCR capabilities, built in imaging, real-time office productivity monitoring, and robust public search tools that include simple e-commerce "shopping cart" payments for the public.
“We’re happy to have Citrus County on board and to complete another successful installation of Landmark,” said Steve Rumsey, President of Pioneer Technology Group. “Landmark is increasingly becoming the system of choice for Recorders and Registers throughout the country who are seeking to upgrade their system to the next generation of recording technology. This installation is further proof that we're leading the industry in fast, successful system conversions, demonstrating both the ease of use of the system and the extensive experience of our team".
