BreakThrough Physical Therapy to Host Runners Clinic on October 3, 2014
Morehead City, NC (PRWEB) September 25, 2014 -- BreakThrough Physical Therapy (BTPT)’s highly trained physios will host a runners clinic on Friday, October 3, at the Morehead City Parks and Recreation Center in preparation for the Twin Bridges 8K Road Race on October 4, 2014. The clinic will be held from 5:00-6:00 PM during packet pick-up.
At the free clinic, BTPT physios will discuss proper shoe fit, common runner's injuries such as shin splints and IT band pain and offer answers to any questions. Additionally, members of the BTPT staff will be present at the finish line to answer post-race musculoskeletal or training questions and for screening and stretching as needed.

In addition to hosting the runner’s clinic, BTPT is sponsoring the Twin Bridges 8K Road Race. Those who register before September 24 will pay an early registration fee of $20.
