New AutoPAY and eDelivery capabilities are now available to all providers using the Strategic AR Patient Portal, and new AutoAPPLY™ payment integration is available to HME providers who also use Brightree®.

How it works
AutoPAY enables providers to deploy a 100 percent coverage model by automatically charging a credit card on file when an invoice is due. AutoPAY secures patient payments up front, saving the provider time and money by eliminating the need for past due communication, and creates patient loyalty through a secure, convenient interface. An invoice with payment detail is emailed to the patient, and the invoice balance is charged to the patient’s credit card on the due date.
eDelivery saves providers money by eliminating the need to mail paper invoices. With the feature, providers can notify patients through email when an invoice is available, enabling patients to more easily view and complete payment through the Strategic AR Patient Portal. This new capability also provides clarification when settling patient accounts; if a patient is signed up for eDelivery, providers know when patients received their invoices.
For providers using Brightree, AutoAPPLY enables patient payment information to automatically transfer from Strategic AR’s Patient Portal to Brightree’s billing system, eliminating manual processes and potential data entry errors. The auto-apply integration enables patient payments collected by Strategic AR to automatically apply to matching invoices in Brightree, create payments on the account, and identify unapplied payments. Patient payments will be reflected both in the Strategic AR dashboard and the Brightree solution.
