A Plus Home Health Care Settles Whistleblower Litigation and Denies Wrongdoing

A Plus Home Health Care - Palm Beach, County, Florida - The Highest Grade in Home Care

"We are pleased to have the lingering litigation with the Government behind us as we continue to provide the highest level of patient care," said Tracy Ann Nemerofsky, the President of A Plus.

A Plus Home Health Care settled the pending US District Court litigation (US District Court for Southern District of Florida - Case No. 12-CV-60629) to avoid the financial costs and distractions that would have come with further legal proceedings. In this settlement, A Plus, Tracy Nemerofsky and Dr. Stephen Nemerofsky make no admission of fault or liability, and the U.S. Attorneys’ Office will dismiss the civil lawsuit with prejudice and release all civil claims brought against them. "We are pleased to have the lingering litigation with the Government and relator behind us, and we have our sights set on maintaining the highest level of patient care as well as exploring a variety of strategic opportunities available to our company," said Tracy Ann Nemerofsky, the President of A Plus Home Health Care.

A Plus Home Health Care remains focused on its core mission to empower people needing in home care to live healthier, longer, more independent lives by providing customized, consistent and exceptional care.
