Local Walker’s Point restaurant adds seasonal menu items and longer breakfast hours.

Zak’s Café, a Walker’s Point restaurant, has several changes in the pipeline. They have announced that they will soon offer menu dishes themed around the fall and winter seasons. They will also be extending their gourmet breakfast to last the entire day.

Zak’s Café will have a seasonal menu that includes several new dishes. Comfort foods are always popular when there is cold weather, so there will be a few new entrees. Chicken and dumplings will be served with the dinner menu, along with braised short ribs and mango salmon.

The most exciting aspect of the new seasonal changes is that Zak’s Café will now offer gourmet breakfast all day. They are already known as a Milwaukee breakfast destination, and will serve items such as brioche French toast, breakfast burritos, and several types of omelets. Zak’s will now extend the breakfast hours. The restaurant will be open until 3 PM on Sundays and Mondays, and until 10 PM on Tuesdays – Thursdays. Breakfast and brunch type dishes will be offered until close, as opposed to being offered until 3 PM each day.
