MGA Insurance Group, a division of Arthur J. Gallagher Risk Management Services, Inc. today announced the hiring of Jason Rogers. Jason will be a sales executive with the business development team and be responsible for new product and new business development.

Jason’s industry knowledge, relationships and underwriting background will play a big role in MGA’s future growth plans.

MGA Insurance Group, a division of Arthur J. Gallagher Risk Management Services, Inc. today announced the hiring of Jason Rogers. Jason will be a sales executive with the business development team and be responsible for new product and new business development. “We are excited that Jason will be moving into this key role with MGA Insurance Group,” said Lou Marinaccio, President of MGA. “Jason’s industry knowledge, relationships and underwriting background will play a big role in MGA’s future growth plans.” Ted Baran, Director of Business Development, added, “the addition of Jason to the MGA team not only strengthens our expertise in the financial institution and E&O marketplace, but also positions us to expand into other emerging product areas in the affinity space like Cyber & Data Breach coverage."

Jason joined MGA from Zurich Insurance Group in New York, where he was a Vice President and Underwriting Officer. While at Zurich, Jason had management responsibility for a diverse portfolio of financial institution risks. His clients included insurance companies, broker dealers, REITs and asset managers.

MGA Insurance Group, established in 1989, is a national program administrator providing affinity and association program products and services for independent insurance and financial service contractors in the U.S., including professional liability and other affinity products such as life, ancillary health, business service discounts and training. MGA was acquired by Arthur J. Gallagher in May 2014 to be the cornerstone affinity platform.
