Ford Announces the Much-Anticipated 2014 Ready For Anything Giveaway Winner!

Ford Motor Company partnered with Flash Point Communications to break minivan and crossover stereotypes with the launch of their 2014 Ford Transit Connect promotion called the ‘Ready For Anything Giveaway.’ Jeff K. from Norristown, PA, was randomly selected as the winner of a brand new Ford Transit Connect Wagon and $10,000 towards vehicle customizations!

Jeff K. was one of 50,000 fans who registered to win the adaptable and fuel-efficient Ford Transit Connect Van or Wagon. Specializing in digital media and promotions, Flash Point helped broadcast this national campaign across 10 Ford Regional Ad Groups and 1,500 Ford dealers to generate sales leads and fan engagement.

Participating Ford affiliates across the country gained from the efficiently-designed microsite that required fans to watch a video highlighting the unique business and leisure capabilities of the seven-seat people mover. Fans then registered for a chance to win and were enticed to “share” the campaign with friends for five extra entries. 36.7 million impressions and one lucky winner later, the campaign was deemed a success.

Jeff was given the choice between a van or wagon, both of which offer class-leading cargo and passenger space, dual sliding side doors, choice of a rear lift gate or side-hinged cargo doors, and towing capacity of 2,000 lbs., to name just a few of the features that make it as unique as the people who drive it.
