Outsourcing services provider Profit By RPO has bagged a huge RPO contract from a large US IT conglomerate to provide HR outsourcing services in India.

"Profit By RPO has been chosen as an exclusive partner and will act as a talent acquisition and transformation partner. Under the arrangement, Profit By RPO will deploy over 120 personnel across 3 locations in India in the next four months," the company said in a statement.

"This is a significant win for us and we are delighted to collaborate with a company that is a leading issuer of credit cards and financial products," Profit by RPO, CEO Sahil Dhamija said.
As per HFS Research, the global RPO market is valued at $26 billion as of 2013 with the Asia Pacific market at $3 billion.
