CreativeWorx Announces Industry Veterans David Kohl and Neal Rothleder as Corporate Advisors
New York, NY (PRWEB) September 22, 2014 -- CreativeWorx, the data-mining software company whose automated time capture tools help companies and employees get more out their work, announced today the appointment of David Kohl and Neal Rothleder as corporate advisors.
“I’m thrilled to have such industry veterans join the CreativeWorx team,” said CreativeWorx CEO Mark Hirsch. “Their efforts will help our clients accelerate top-line revenue growth and improve operational performance by gaining real-time insights into how their employees spend their time.”
David Kohl leads the Advertising Sector team for Ernst & Young’s Media and Entertainment Advisory Practice. David has over 20 years experience driving top-line revenue growth and improving operational performance for ad agencies, broadcasters, cable operators and digital media companies. He has supported many top-tier M&E companies in implementing new revenue growth strategies, and in transforming business models to reflect the dramatic changes brought on by the ever-changing media and technology landscape.
Dr. Neal Rothleder is a thought leader in the use of big data analytics for customer and mission value. He has demonstrated success leveraging data in a wide variety of business types and industries. He is an inventor on three patents in data science, has several published articles, and has been an invited speaker on a range of technology topics. Dr. Rothleder is currently the CTO of Orb Media.
CreativeWorx "TimeTracker" automatically captures and analyzes employee work-effort in real time. This automation delivers accurate and timely employee productivity data, and where required, allows submission of this data to a company's existing timesheet and financial systems. Executives who deploy TimeTracker gain an unprecedented real-time capability to manage resource and projects, and to help their employees get more out of the work they do. This drives both top-line revenue and bottom-line profits.
The first release of TimeTracker is designed for professional service firms, notably ad agencies, which have historically suffered from low employee compliance with weekly timesheet submission policies. The lack of compliance makes it difficult to accurately understand when projects are on-track, which means that agencies can rarely discuss scope or fee changes preemptively with their clients. More often than not, agencies simply absorb overage costs.
"Today marks a new era in the health of the client and ad agency financial relationship," added Hirsch. "Employees are thrilled with how much easier TimeTracker makes getting their timesheets done, and their managers love how much easier it is to run jobs profitably."
