Lippincott Phelan Veidt proudly welcomes its newest partner, Board Certified Estate Planner Kathleen Ford Bay.

Rice University alum and graduate of The University of Texas School of Law, Kathleen has been practicing trusts & estates law for thirty-nine years. Her commitment to the law begins and ends with assisting and serving clients. She enjoys working closely with her clients in order to solve the “interesting legal puzzle” presented with each individual case.

Having lived in Austin for over twenty-five years, Kathleen still insists that what is best about Austin is the people; that the city reflects the people who live here. “Austin is multidimensional. You have space, privacy, but on the other hand you have energy and vivacity. There’s something to be found for everyone here in Austin.”

“Kathleen is a very experienced and welcomed addition to our team,” said Marc Lippincott, managing partner of LPV. “We pride ourselves on having great problem solvers throughout our organization, and Kathleen has fit right in to our team; she provides great perspective and a diverse client base of exciting businesses and professional individuals.”

Transitioning to LPV is an exciting step for Kathleen. Her favorite part about working with LPV is “the teamwork and concern for taking care of clients. This group has people focused on assisting clients when they need it, celebrating the point when they do not need us, but welcoming them again in the future if needed.” Kathleen looks forward to her future with LPV, Austin, and LPV clients.
