Ziegler, a specialty investment bank, held its 17th Annual Senior Living Finance + Strategy Conference (SLF+S) recently at The Omni Grove Park Inn in Asheville, North Carolina. Ziegler welcomed over 550 attendees, ranging from the country’s leading senior living executives, business firms, banks and investors, providing attendees with a variety of educational and networking opportunities throughout the three days of the event.

The SLF +S conference attracts the best and brightest presenters in the not-for-profit senior living industry with relevant market environment session topics ranging from Successful Growth in the Home and Community-Based Services Market, to Comprehensive Financing Solutions. Among the sessions on the three-day agenda was a group of “hot topic” roundtable discussions that included technology, healthcare reform, and aging facilities. Various panel discussions included professionals in marketing and architecture, to name just a few. In addition to attending the conference sessions and networking events, attendees were able to participate in various activities including golf, a tour of the historic Biltmore Estate, hiking, a canopy adventure, and a tour of two continuing care retirement communities located in Asheville.
