TPC has helped OM Group implement SAP Cloud for Sales solution for their Borchers Additive business across US and Europe.

The new solution helps to increase communication with customers while reducing the dependence on internal communications. The management team now has a real time view of their business and can hold sales representatives more accountable. Sales processes such as Sample Orders, Capturing Prospects and converting them into Customers, Quotation requests etc. are now fully integrated into the backed SAP ERP system.

Sales teams now gets the flexibility and convenience to update the sales data at their convenience while management can keep track of updated Sales Pipeline information at any given point of time.

TPC completed this project during a four-month period, within budget, and with no disruption to OM Group’s existing processes and systems.
